The Insurance Institute of Canada Chapters and Institutes across Canada will be hosting a Feed the Minds of Youth luncheon in conjunction with the Learning Partnership’s Take Our Kids to Work™ event.
On Wednesday November 2, 2016, in partnership with: Farm Mutual Reinsurance Plan; The Ontario Mutual Insurance Association; The Brokers Association of Waterloo Region; and The Kitchener Waterloo Insurance Adjusters Association, we are opening our doors to youth and their parents/guardians to participate in a free lunch program that will provide a learning opportunity about property and casualty insurance careers.
Feed the Minds of Youth: We encourage your organization to get involved. Join us at the FMRP/OMIA office at 350 Pinebush in Cambridge Ontario for this 2 hour lunch and learn and hear industry professionals talk about their career and education journey. This interactive event will give grade nine students the opportunity to learn a little more about insurance as well as the many different careers available within the insurance industry. All participants will receive lunch and a thank you gift for joining us.
