Integro Canada recruits another ex-Marsh to its team

Integro USA an insurance brokerage firm offering brokerage and risk management services recently appointed John Chippindale as the new managing director and president of Integro Canada. Chippindale is another ex-Marsh Canada employee the New York-based firm has recruited to its team. Most recently, Chippindale served for two years CEO of Global Consumer and Commercial Business at Marsh, New York. Previously, he was president of Marsh Canada. Chippindale’s 23-year tenure at Marsh focused on professional broking expertise in the risk management, middle market and small commercial business segments of the marketplace. Chippindale holds the AIIC and CRM designations and is a member of PLUS. He chairs the Junior Achievement Board of Governors of central Ontario and has served as a member of the Executive Council of the United Way of Toronto. A graduate of Bishop’s University, Chippindale resides in Toronto. “Toronto will be the center of our Canadian operations,” Roger Egan, Integro’s CEO, says, “Integro is pleased to have such an accomplished leader as John Chippindale for this important market.” Egan, is also an ex-Marsh employee that Integro hired to lead its recent launch. Egan was previously Marsh’s president and chief operating officer.Peter Garvey, former co-president of Marsh, and Robert Clements, former chairman of Arch Capital Group Ltd., launched Integro last month as an alternative complex large account brokerage.
