Alea confirms Canadian staff to manage run-off

Following the announcement this summer that the Canadian branch of Alea Europe Ltd. would go into run-off, it has been confirmed that remaining Canadian staff will manage this process through the Toronto office.Alea confirms it has filed its run-off plans with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI), and that current chief agent Pat King will stay on until June 18, 2004 to handle the process. Two other staff members will also stay on to run the day-to-day operations of the office, which will remain at its current location.
