I wanted to pass on my personal thanks to CU magazine for your recent article on the Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) in your May issue (“CSIO confident of new strategy”).

It is quite true that CSIO is much more involved and active now than it has been in a number of years. This change is bringing new and relevant products and services to the broker-driven p&c industry at a critical point in time. We would obviously like to maximize the benefit that the industry realizes from those initiatives, and that is where communication comes in. Your informative article, together with other communications efforts, plays a crucial role in ensuring the industry’s future success. It spreads knowledge and improves the dynamic health of the industry.
