(IIBC) has a new chair, Glenda Ouellette, regional manager for ICBC’s Autoplan operations, sales and marketing. In the coming year she will focus on marketing and promoting the institute. The Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario has elected Jim Hawryluk as its 60th president. He and wife Mary founded Hawryluk & Assoc. Insurance Brokers in 1969. CNA Canada has named Paul Crompton as vice president, marine manager. He was most recently vice president, branch manager at the company’s Montreal office and brings 15 years experience to the new role.
