Kingsway Financial Services announces the appointment of Frank Amodeo as vice president. Amodeo has more than 20 years experience in the insurance industry, most recently heading up the Canadian branch of Winterthur International.

David L. Emerson has been appointed a director to the boards of Royal & Sun Alliance’s five Canadian companies. Emerson is currently president and CEO of forestry company Canfor Corporation in B.C.

ADP Claims Solutions Group has named John Kotsopolous its new vice president and general manager of Canadian Operations. Kotsopolous brings 16 years of experience with ADP, specifically with its Insurance Claims Services division in Canada, to the new role.

D&L Underwriting Managers Ltd. is on the move to a new location at Plaza 15, 206-145 West 15th Street, North Vancouver, BC. The company reminds that all telephone, fax and emails remain the same.

Cunningham Lindsay is introducing its new management team, including Ferdinand Roibas, president and CEO. Other new roles include Bill Hornick, senior vice president of operations; Paul Hancock, senior vice president of marketing and administration; Bob Prefontaine and Richard Smith in charge of Canadian commercial risks; Lorri Frederick managing the national service center; Claudine Davoodi, vice president of claims, subrogation and recovery; Henry Koe, vice president of fleet services; David Hildred, vice president of public entities and Sanjay Issar, vice president of finance. Also, Rob Seal, Brian Harris, Jean Yves Bernier and Nick MacDonald are now regional vice presidents with the company.
