BI&I appoints new executive members

John R. Mulvihill has been appointed chief operating officer and senior vice president of the Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company of Canada (BI&I).Gary Young has been appointed senior vice president of field operations. Dave Picot is now the vice president and corporate secretary of BI&I.
