McLarens forms partnership with Montreal adjusting firm

McLarens Canada, a global claims management firm, and Demers Zajac Vena Insurance Adjusters Inc. have formed a partnership between their respective firms effective Sept. 14, 2007.

Demers Zajac Vena Insurance Adjusters Inc. is a commercial loss-adjusting group founded in Montreal in 1987. Its president is John Vena.

Together with its private equity partner, Granite Partners, McLarens Canada has expanded nationally during the current year by six additional locations in Quebec, British Columbia, Nova Scotia and PEI. The company remains focused on its strategic expansion plans and will continue on this theme throughout 2007 and 2008, according to a release.

“We are committed to moving forward enhancing our ability in offering high quality claims service, third party administration and risk management services to all our clients,” the release reports.
