Sinclair-Cockburn Financial Group has named Nadia Romano as personal lines manager, capitalizing on more than 20 years of insurance industry experience, including two years on the firm’s senior management team.

Adjuster Cunningham Lindsey Canada Ltd. announces vice president, operations Lorri Fredericks, now has management responsibilities over a segment of Ontario operations, including having staff at the firm’s National Service Centre, Metro Auto Injury Unit and Ontario Accident Benefits programs report to her.

Chubb Insurance Co. of Canada CEO Jan Tomlinson is returning to the U.S., to fill the role of international field operations manager at the company’s New Jersey head office. With Jan Tomlinson’s move to the U.S., Informco president Carolyn Horan will become the new co-chair of the Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade (WICC). Horan has been on the WICC board for three years, and Informco is a founding supporter of the charitable organization since its inception in 1996.

Kingsway Financial Services Inc. has named Laura Foster as assistant vice president, internal audit and corporate compliance. She is a chartered accountant with over seven years of insurance industry experience.

InspeckTech Online Inspection Services Inc. has appointed Erik Kalacis as vice president sales and marketing, and Henry Sienema as product development manager. Both bring extensive experience to their new roles, with Sienema coming from a 28-year insurance industry background.

Allstate Canada has appointed Christianne Dostie as assistant vice president, strategic planning, after five years with the company, most recently as regional director for Quebec. The company has also named Wendy DaSilva as assistant vice president, risk management, building on a 25 year career in the insurance industry.

Ecclesiastical Insurance Office has appointed Stuart Rowley as underwriting manager for Canada. He brings over 30 years of industry experience to the new role, most recently as director of commercial operations for a leading Canadian insurer.
