Totten Group expands Western presence

Specialty insurance wholesaler Totten Group has sign a letter of intent with Alberta intermediary Davis Whitehead which will see Totten establish a presence in Western Canada.Whitehead, whose office writes primarily for Ecclesiastical Insurance Office, will continue to lead the new office, with his existing team continuing to service their current farm, inland marine and surplus lines accounts for brokers in Alberta and B.C.But they will also begin to offer new products from Totten Group, including professional liability, specialty personal lines, high-hazard contractors liability, special events and builders risk, as well as have access to extra capacity to fill regular lines subscription policies.”This highly motivated and proven team will enhance Totten Group’s growing position in the West in the years to come, and is one more step in securing the group as a truly national intermediary,” says Totten CEO H.
