Marshall & Swift/Boeckh is providing its 2003 EvaluRater at no charge for those with the component-based RCT EvaluRater property valuation tool, for a limited time. “Since the industry has undertaken a review to determine the accuracy level of replacement cost options, MS/B has recognized that the broker community has been left to balance the need to insure their clients at an appropriate replacement cost value against the perceived competitive advantage of using valuations which may not be the most accurate,” states a release. MS/B recommends use of the 2003 RCT EvaluRater as a more accurate tool, reflective of Canadian values.
