Alister Campbell Appointed CEO of The Guarantee

The Board of The Guarantee Company of North America is pleased to announce the appointment of Alister Campbell as CEO of The Guarantee effective September 4, 2012.   As CEO, Alister leads The Guarantee’s continued growth, overall strategy and operations. 

Over the past 27 years he has held senior executive positions in a range of capacities within the life and property-casualty insurance industries including general management, marketing, brokerage distribution strategy, financial services and e-commerce.

In addition, Alister has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Property & Casualty Insurance Compensation Corporation (PACICC) and as Deputy Chair of the Board of the Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC). Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Risk Institute and a Member of the United Way of Greater Toronto Campaign Cabinet for a 5th consecutive year.  Alister holds degrees from the University of Toronto, the London School of Economics and the Wharton Graduate School of Business.
