Laval, November 1, 2011 –  Forensic Engineering Inc. (FEI) established in 1968 originally incorporated in Ontario as Harold J Wilkinson & Associates Ltd. (1970) and CEP Forensic Engineering Inc. (CEP) originally established in Quebec (1972) as Consultants Electro-Protection Inc. are pleased to announce that they have concluded a strategic alliance. By this agreement, CEP and FEI share all their resources and provide their valued customers with a one-stop-shop opportunity in Ontario and Quebec.
