“As a marine surveying and consultancy firm our maritime expertise encompasses the entire range of survey and inspection activities as found on our parent website www.ava-marine.com; however, it was soon realised that a dedicated team of ‘bunker detectives’ were needed positioned at strategic locations whose sole purpose would be to provide bunker detective services exclusively to charterers and bunker brokers alike said the founder and principal marine surveyor Kaivan H Chinoy of AVA Marine Group”
