Burns & Wilcox Canada Strengthens Professional Liability Offering with New Hire

Majorette Dagdag joins Professional and Management Liability Centre of Excellence as Junior Underwriter

Toronto, ON – Burns & Wilcox Canada today announced Majorette Dagdag has joined its Toronto office as a Junior Underwriter, supporting the growth and expansion of the company’s Professional and Management Liability Centre of Excellence.

As Junior Underwriter, Ms. Dagdag will be responsible for evaluating, classifying and rating risks to determine coverage and pricing. She will also develop and execute marketing plans to drive new business and support Burns & Wilcox Canada’s aggressive growth plans.

Ms. Dagdag joins Burns & Wilcox Canada from Creechurch International Underwriters where she served for six years as a Bilingual Underwriting Assistant. In this role, she was responsible for issuing commercial policies in French and English, and managing policy renewals, endorsements and cancellations. She also provided brokers with quotes for Employment Practices Liability Insurance policies and handled mid-term, pro-rate and short-rate calculations on insurance policies.
