Accident Support Services International Ltd., facilitators of Collision Reporting to the Insurance Industry, has been working in partnership with Insurance carriers and Police across Ontario since 1994.  We currently operate 32 Collision Reporting Centers in Ontario, Alberta and Virginia.  27 additional Police jurisdictions utilize ASSI’s Collision Reporting and Occurrence Management System (CROMS) as their electronic collision and records management database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the President, as part of Management Team
  • Liaise directly with insurance industry claims and administration teams
  • Liaise directly with Police administration
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of the Collision Reporting Centre (CRC) program
  • Ensure the continuous advance and improvement of the program for insurers
  • Facilitate CRC and CROMS program training for insurance industry personnel
  • Increase insurer partnerships in our programs across Canada

The successful applicant will have:

  • University degree
  • Track record of honesty and integrity
  • 10 years of progressive experience
  • Experience within the insurance industry an asset
  • Proven leadership and the ability to affect change
  • Customer relations management technical skills and capabilities
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to travel as required
