Eng. Ottawa – CEP Forensic Engineering is pleased to present a new service offering: Accident Reconstruction is now also available as part of CEP’s array of services in Eastern Ontario. By welcoming Jean-François Goulet, P. Eng. at its Ottawa location, CEP Forensic Engineering increases its range of services to help our valued clients better manage all types of claims. Jean-François Goulet has been in the road vehicle accident reconstruction industry for 10 years and brings with him a wealth of experience. He was actually involved in over a thousand accident reconstruction investigations. Jean-François also has extensive court and litigation experience as he was called upon to act as an expert witness in 10 civil litigation court cases so far. Mr. Goulet is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers in Ontario and Quebec, the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of BC (APEGBC) and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). “Jean-François’s experience in the industry provides him with key insights on how to best meet CEP clients’ expectations both in terms of timeliness and thoroughness of the forensic investigation,” says Joël Turcotte, Ottawa Branch Director and Manager. “He will be a tremendous asset to help CEP achieve its goal of being Ontario’s One-Stop Shop for forensic engineering services.” Jean-François will join Erica Beaucage-Gauvreau, P. Eng. In Ottawa and the two will form a team dedicated to the investigation of Road Vehicle accidents as well as related bodily injuries and casualties.
