CEPs Multidisciplinary Team in Ontario Keeps Growing Stronger

Toronto, ON – May 2015 – In the last few months CEP Forensic Engineering Inc. has added more members to its already strong team. CEP’s Toronto office is thrilled to welcome our newest addition, Mr. Brian Li, P. Eng., a structural / civil engineer with a strong background in structural design and analysis with experience in building envelope issues. “We are very pleased to have Brian join our team”, says Louis-Éric Joubert, P. Eng., Fire and Explosion Investigator and Toronto Regional Manager. “Brian’s structural engineering experience is a great addition to our strengths in fire investigation and electrical engineering”.

Brian joins our Toronto team, which also includes electrical engineer Mr. David Gillingham, P. Eng. David has extensive knowledge in high voltage system failure analyses as well as the design and construction of solar photovoltaic systems.  “Not only does David have significant practical knowledge in the interrelationships between civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, but he is also a proud advocate of sustainable engineering practices”, adds Louis-Éric.

Additionally, CEP recently added accident reconstruction to its list of services. In 2014, our Ottawa office welcomed Mr. Jean-François Goulet, P. Eng., M. A. Sc., a mechanical engineer specializing in accident reconstruction. Jean-François’ considerable road vehicle accident reconstruction background and extensive court and litigation experience has allowed CEP to broaden its already exhaustive array of Forensic Engineering services by adding accident reconstruction to the list.

With these new additions, CEP continues to reinforce its position as one of the largest multidisciplinary Canadian-owned Team of Experts for Forensic Engineering Services.
