ClaimsPro Announces its Operational Senior Leadership Team

Toronto – On August 25th, 2014, ClaimsPro publicly announced the acquisition of Granite Claims Solutions (GCS). This transaction enables ClaimsPro to build a larger, more diverse company to better serve its customers, and reinforces ClaimsPro’s reputation as a leading provider of claims management services in the industry. Drawing personnel from both ClaimsPro and GCS, ClaimsPro has developed the best team in the field of insurance services.

Effective immediately, Lorri Frederick will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Frederick joined ClaimsPro in 2013 and previously held the title of Executive Vice President, Operations. In her new role, Ms. Frederick will provide company-wide operational leadership and direction to all Regional Business Units of ClaimsPro.

Suzie Godmer will assume the role of Senior Vice President, Quebec Region. Ms. Godmer has been with ClaimsPro for the past 13 years, and was instrumental in building the best adjusting team in Quebec by delivering market leading client value.

Greig Boyle will assume the role of SVP Operations Central Region, a newly created leadership position in Ontario. This regional role will be the largest in the country, and Mr. Boyle brings a wealth of experience to bear, having been with Granite Claims Solutions for more than seven years as a Branch Manager, VP Operations, and EVP National Operations. Reporting to Mr. Boyle will be Paul Feron, VP Western Ontario; Dan Buch, VP Eastern Ontario; and John Saragosa, VP Claims Administration.

Current ClaimsPro senior team members Wayne Guy, VP Atlantic Canada; Drew Knox, District Manager, Manitoba and North Western Ontario; Stacy Phillips, SVP Western Canada; Dustin Volk, VP National Operations; and Wendy Lebskin, VP National Accounts will all continue in their existing roles and reporting relationships.

Laurie Walker, VP Client Services, and Stewart Ponton, Chairman, will transition into integration program roles immediately. Additionally, Blair McGregor, Vice President of Operations for Western Canada will report directly to Stacy Phillips.
