ClaimsPro Appoints Sarah Lux as TEC Director for Alberta

EDMONTON, AB, MAY 29, 2024/insPRESS/ – ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced the appointment of Sarah Lux as Transportation, Equipment, and Cargo (TEC) Director for Alberta. Part of ClaimsPro’s Specialty Risk Division, the TEC unit delivers expert and complex loss adjusting services to the transportation, logistics, equipment, and trucking industries.

Sarah brings over 12 years’ experience as an insurance professional to her new role at ClaimsPro, most recently handling commercial fleet, automobile, and cargo claims, as well as other specialties. She began her career as a claims adjuster with the Alberta Motor Association, and later gained extensive experience as a Senior General Adjuster with a major national insurer. A demonstrated leader in her field, Sarah has mentored young adjusters across Canada and developed training specific to transportation, equipment, and cargo. She holds her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and is licensed across Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB) and Ontario.

As the TEC Director for Alberta, Sarah will provide claims management services, mentorship, and training for commercial transportation adjusters, while also overseeing strategic business development and growth in the Alberta and Western Canada markets. She will report to John Seyler, Vice President, Transportation Equipment & Cargo.
