Albert Poon, National President of the Canadian Independent Adjusters’ Association (CIAA) is pleased to announce the addition of ClaimsPro as a member of the Association.

“We are very excited to welcome ClaimsPro into the only organization solely representing the professional interests of the Independent Loss Adjusting profession.  CIAA members from coast to coast make a real difference to the industry through their strong belief in corporate social responsibility as a source of opportunity and innovation.   The CIAA National and Regional executives are staffed by volunteers that are dedicated to working together for the advancement, preservation, and common interests of the independent adjusting profession.   CIAA’s representation now includes all three National Independent Adjusting firms in Canada, ClaimsPro, Crawford, and Cunningham Lindsey, as well as 100 plus long term valued small member firms.  The addition of ClaimsPro represents a significant increase in resources and expertise for the CIAA and will be of considerable benefit for all members.”

“We are pleased to be joining the CIAA and to have the opportunity to engage with the broader independent adjuster community” says Ross Betteridge, President of ClaimsPro. He continues “we believe this decision further demonstrates our leadership in the industry and we look forward to being an active member in helping to set the strategic agenda for the association.”

Since 1953, CIAA has been providing leadership for Canada’s Independent Adjusters through advocacy, education and recognized standards of professionalism through a defined code of ethics and fair practice policies.
