Part of ClaimsPro’s Specialty Risk Division, the TEC unit delivers expert and complex loss adjusting services to the transportation, logistics, equipment, and trucking industries. These hires in Edmonton support TEC’s robust footprint in Western Canada. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Tara Graham joins us after running her own Independent Adjusting Firm for more than 15 years. She specializes in Complex Auto, Liability, Bodily Injury, and Property claims. She holds a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, and a Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management from Grant MacEwan Community College. Victor Huynh joins ClaimsPro after more than 13 years in federal public service. Since 2016, he has served in many leadership roles with Government of Canada. These managerial positions had Victor overseeing complex operations including trucking, cargo, and logistics at border crossings, managing sensitive cases, and forging strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders. He holds a Master of Arts in International Studies (2010) from Simon Fraser University, Bachelor of Arts from University of British Columbia and he is in the process of obtaining his CIP designation. As members of the TEC team, Tara and Victor will support ClaimsPro’s transportation and trucking clients with loss adjusting services in Alberta and Western Canada. They will report to Sarah Lux, Senior General Adjuster and TEC Director for Alberta as well as work closely with the broader TEC team under the direction of John Seyler, Vice President, TEC National Operations. “The appointments of Tara and Victor in Edmonton grows our TEC team in Western Canada and helps to provide immediate response to an increased client demand in the trucking sector in this region,” said John Seyler. “These two experienced professionals will bring a diverse set of expertise and skill to their work.” ClaimsPro’s Transportation, Equipment & Cargo (TEC) division delivers claims services specific to the transportation, equipment, and trucking sector, including oil and gas, logging, and mining industries as it pertains to collision, cargo, total loss and salvage valuations, environmental, subrogation, accident benefits, and liability investigations.
