ClaimsPro Grows its Team in Ontario with Appointment of Two New Vice-Presidents
ClaimsPro announced today the appointment of Paul Féron, FCIP, CRM and Dan Buch, CIP, to the roles of Vice-President of Western Ontario and Vice-President of Eastern Ontario respectively. These appointments follow the creation of two distinct business units in Ontario, a move which will allow ClaimsPro to provide its clients with enhanced customer service.
Paul Féron has been with ClaimsPro for 14 years, starting as Branch Manager in London and most recently as the District Manager for South West Ontario. He has been in the insurance industry for 32 years and an independent adjuster since 1985. Over the past several years Paul has been a key player on ClaimsPro’s management team, building a strong professional network of branches in southwest Ontario.
Paul is an advocate of continuing education and volunteers his time and expertise to the industry. He is a past President of the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association and Past President of the Insurance Institute of Ontario. In this newly-developed position, Paul will be based out of London, ON, reporting directly to ClaimsPro’s President, Bob Fitzgerald.
Prior to joining ClaimsPro, Dan Buch was the Regional Manager of Eastern Ontario for Cunningham Lindsey, where he worked for 16 years. He has also worked for State Farm for 10 years and has served as an instructor at the Insurance Institute of Ontario. Throughout his career, Dan has worked in several specialty fields, including fraud, fidelity, and major property claims. He is an active member of several industry associations, including the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association and the Ottawa Brokers Association, among others.
In his new role with ClaimsPro, Dan will focus on providing clients with quality work and excellent customer service as he helps to build ClaimsPro’s eastern presence. Dan will be based out of Ottawa, ON, reporting directly to ClaimsPro’s President, Bob Fitzgerald.
