McLeod, who joined Crawford in 1998, reports to Brent Hackett, vice president of Ontario Region Operations, and is responsible for the daily operations of the Toronto West branch office, maintaining client relationships and leading a team of more than 40 professionals and administrative staff. “Mike brings with him years of experience in a tough accident benefits product line,” said Hackett. “He also embraces change and understands where we are heading in the P&C business, with tablet technology, automated workflows and the goal of enhancing the customer experience.
