CRU is proud to announce the hiring of Wade Evans as Director of U.S. Adjusters. He will be responsible for creating certification programs for new and existing clients. This will ensure that CRU adjusters will have the highest level of success. Wade will also overlook the development and maintenance of the adjuster roster.
Wade has been working in the Insurance Industry for over 17 years. He started out working for Dailey Claims adjusters where he specialized in catastrophe claims. He was then hired as a Fast Track claims adjuster with NCA, where he was quickly promoted to an examiner. He became an Inside Storm Supervisor with NCA for four years where he managed a team of 10 or more adjusters which prepared him for his role of Manager of Operations where he supervised more than 300 adjusters. He provided on the job training, and strategized with management to implement new policies and procedures.
Wade has many certifications that will help him develop the course, his thorough background in the Insurance industry and his management experience make him the perfect candidate. CRU is excited for everything that Wade will bring to the table, and knows that he will outperform expectations.
