Environmental Claims Specialist, Mr. Oland Robinson, and Senior Toxicologist for CTEH, Dr. Paul Nony will open the CRU Spring Seminar in Toronto next week at the Delta Markham Hotel.

Mr. Robinson’s presentation will focus on case studies of past events with an overview of planning and executable steps to address environmental disasters and the implications on insurance responsibility. As a Senior Toxicologist for CTEH, the leading Environmental Hazard Expert Company, Dr. Paul Nony will review past responses with emphasis on rail car derailments and a case study of the challenges of the Lac Megantic disaster.

The two day CRU Seminar features eight industry experts with discussions ranging from environmental claims, to new adjusting technology and fracking induced seismic events.
