CSIO 2017 Members’ Meeting & Reception to Feature Keynote by Facebook Canada’s Head of Financial Services

(Toronto – March 15, 2017) The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) is pleased to announce Erin Elofson, Head of Financial Services, Retail & Telecom, as keynote speaker at its 2017 members’ meeting and reception on April 13 at the Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto.

In her role, Erin leads teams that develop innovative partnerships with Canada’s top organizations to accelerate their growth, building on her passion for technology and our transition to a mobile-first world both domestically and internationally. Previously, Erin was the global lead for Microsoft’s partnership with BMO Financial Group. She also led the transformation of Microsoft Canada’s national partnership with HP Canada.

Her Platform Strategy: Creating Exponential Value in a Connected World address will provide valuable insight into opportunities for marketing and consumer engagement for the broker channel in today’s digital environment. Over 19 million Canadians use Facebook, making it one of the most relevant platforms for consumer engagement among CSIO members.
