Cunningham Lindsey Introduces Enhanced Claims Management System

Cunningham Lindsey Canada Claims Services Ltd. (“Cunningham Lindsey”) is pleased to introduce its recently enhanced claims management system which has been rebranded as eConnect 2.0.

The recent enhancements are a result of direct feedback from Cunningham Lindsey clients. Two of the biggest changes are reporting capabilities that now allow clients to build custom reports in addition to running standard reports from the eConnect 2.0 library. The other major enhancement has been made to the image gallery which now includes photo captions and the option to simultaneously view several or all of the photos associated with a claim.

The eConnect platform has been used to manage claims by Cunningham Lindsey clients in Canada and the US for over ten years.
