We are proud to have these new team members on board as we continue to help meet the needs of customers. Tony Passarelli has over 25 years of business experience in the Insurance industry in roles ranging from Sales and Marketing to Product Development and most recently as Executive Vice President Operations for the last 7 years. Tony successfully guided some major insurers to increased revenue and profits while reducing costs. He has formal Sales and Executive training including executive education at Queens University and Northwestern University in Chicago. Tony has led Strategic and Operational planning at both RSA and Zurich Insurance companies as well as in the broker business. He described himself as being an empowering leader, collaborative decision maker, and most of all team oriented. Justyna McCaig has come from a marketing agency where she was the Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications. With experience in the construction and mining industries, Justyna has had the opportunity to learn more about various Canadian issues such as sustainable building, LEED© principles, Aboriginal Affairs, and corporate social responsibility. Specializing in media planning, RFP response development, project management and analysis, Justyna is ready to apply her knowledge of sustainable initiatives and B2B marketing strategies to the benefit of DKC. Andrew Rayner was most recently with Cunningham Lindsey Canada as the Director of Sales & Marketing for their Environmental Solutions division. In his experience, Andrew enjoyed great success in increasing revenue year over year. Now with DKC, Andrew will focus on broadening the DKC client base in both the insurance and corporate sectors. His strengths lie in his ability to foster new and existing relationships as well as understand the needs of his customers. He places great emphasis on meeting and exceeding customer expectations and is ready to hit the ground running for DKC. Liz Gilthorpe is the new National Account Director for DKC. Liz was previously the Regional Account Director for DKC’s Central region and is currently passing those reigns to Andrew Rayner. Since joining DKC 1 year ago, Liz has done a great job in improving and expanding our customer service to the insurance industry. With 20 years of insurance experience in various roles, Liz has developed a strong knowledge base in establishing and implementing claims strategic plans, vendor management, complaint resolution, and customer service management. Liz’s previous experience in the Insurance industry has given DKC a great insight into how to better serve clients and understand their needs.
