FIC Strengthens its Edmonton Branch with New Ace Manager

Edmonton—Forensic Investigations Canada (FIC), Canada’s leading investigative and surveillance firm, announced today that it has appointed accomplished investigative leader Donald Zinger as its new Edmonton Branch Manager. With more than 20 years in the investigative industry including turns with Canada’s Military Police and several of the country’s leading investigative firms, Zinger will be leveraging his considerable experience to build FIC’s Edmonton team and enhance customer service and file quality over the long term.

Zinger was previously the Branch Manager for FIC’s busy Hamilton Ontario office, where he built an exceptional team and became known for his strong motivational and leadership skills. Prior to this, he was an Investigations Supervisor for four years in a large investigative firm. Zinger spent his early years with Canada’s Military Police in a variety of investigative and policing roles.

In his role as Branch Manager, Zinger will manage and oversee all investigators and investigation files to ensure the best results for FIC’s clients while meeting their specific needs. His goals will be to improve customer service and file quality while encouraging consistency and thoroughness in all investigations. Not one to direct his team from behind a desk, Zinger will be on the road often, conducting investigations and mentoring investigators as needed.
