Grand Opening of CEP’s Moncton Office!

Moncton, NB – CEP is thrilled to announce the grand opening of a new office in Moncton, New Brunswick to help serve clients in the Maritimes. At the same time, CEP is pleased to welcome Charles LeBlanc and François d’Entremont to its growing multidisciplinary team. Both investigators will be based out of CEP’s Moncton office.

Charles LeBlanc, CFEI, CFVI, CFSA

Charles LeBlanc, CFEI, CFVI, CFSA, joins the team as a fire and explosion investigator. Charles has considerable experience in this area, having served as Fire Chief for the City of Dieppe. He has over 25 years of increasingly senior experience in public services, 20 of which were spent conducting fire investigations. He has also led extensive improvements in fire and rescue operations, and emergency medical services. Charles has performed more than 300 investigations and has been recognized as an expert witness in numerous court cases.

François d’Entremont, P.Eng.

CEP is also proud to have François d’Entremont, P.Eng., join its Structural / Civil Engineering team! François holds a Civil Engineering bachelor’s degree from Université de Moncton. Through the Université de Moncton he is currently working on his master’s degree. His experience involves contract management, resolution of contractual disputes and claims as well as cost analysis for industrial and commercial construction projects. François has also worked as a researcher in structural engineering and is a published author in the Canadian Journal of Civil Engineering.
