Juliet has spent nearly two decades in the insurance industry, having worked across all lines of business for various independent adjusting companies – in numerous claims supervisory and management roles. Through this, Juliet has developed an extremely strong technical skill set and understanding of client needs. This lends her perfectly for national oversight of Granite’s Quality Initiative Program (QIP). Originating in 2011, the QIP Program is the only Quality Assurance program of its kind in Canada, based on Granite’s primary operating philosophies of Measured Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Developed in consultation with clients and customers, QIP’s foundation lies in its detailed Process Maps, Procedures, and Best Practices, all based on protocol specific to line of business and aligned with client needs. Add to that the most stringent reviews and audits, measured to a 95% benchmark score, and QIP has become the most comprehensive Quality Program in the Independent Adjusting Market today. Having been part of the project from the very beginning, Juliet has a thorough working understanding of the QIP Program and its processes. Her role within the QIP framework will be to oversee all new developments working with our team and customers to ensure strategic alignment with clients’ needs and provide measured client results based on quality and customer service objectives across all lines of business.
