Granite Claims Solutions GTA Branches are on Alert for Flood-Related Claims

Toronto, ON – July 9, 2013 – After a severe storm system worked it’s way through Southwestern Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area, Granite Claims’ GTA offices have been placed on high alert for an expected surge in flood-related claims.

Granite’s four GTA offices, located in South Mississauga, North Mississauga, Markham, and Downtown Toronto, are fully staffed with highly-skilled adjusters who are prepared to handle all water damage and infrastructure claims. Additionally, the Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Newmarket, Barrie, Peterborough, and Ajax branches have been placed on standby.

“With the flooding events in Calgary, and the current situation in Toronto, many insurers will be pressed for resources at this time. With this is mind, we would like to reassure our clients that we have the resources and capacity in the GTA to be of assistance,” said Greig Boyle, Executive Vice President of National Operations. “I have been and continue to be in constant contact with our Property Leaders and GTA Branch Managers, and we are well-prepared.”

The 24/7 Call Centre based out of Granite’s Toronto West office was unaffected by the storm, and is currently online and handling claims intake.
