In the coming weeks Grenville will begin the broker pilot of new business automobile upload with residential following later this year. “Since late September 2010, MLS Insurance Brokers Inc. [has been] connecting via NexCenter directly to Grenville Mutual [broker connect] giving us access directly to our customer base” says France Chevier of MLS Insurance Brokers Inc. “It [is] very convenient to access the current policies, including all the endorsements, claims, and billing. Since MLS’ goal is to eventually become paperless [this] connectivity is the way to go.” “Working with the mutuals has been a terrific experience” says Charles Samolczyk, Vice President of Product Sales with Brovada, “there’s a natural fit between our organizations and it’s contributing to our success. We look forward to a number of exciting announcements in the near future”. Grenville is also adding agribusiness inquiry to the growing list of automobile, residential, commercial and farm inquiry transactions that are being applauded by their brokers. The project reflects well on both Grenville and their back office solution provider MCCG as they continue to deliver value to their broker partners. “It’s impressive how quickly we were able to bring this functionality to market. Functionality of this complexity can take years to build and we were able to deliver in 6 months.” says Ross Lincoln, President and CEO of Grenville Mutual.
