Here We Grow Again AssessMed Industry Leading Evidence-Based IME Provider -Announces Acquisition of Leading Quebec-Based IME Company

In follow up to last week’s announcement regarding the highly strategic market place penetration into western Canada, the AssessMed Board of Directors and senior management team are equally pleased to announce that AssessMed has acquired the IME Division of Plexo from its past ownership group Persistence Capital Partners (PCP). Initially, in the Province of Quebec, the company will operate under the name Plexo Expertise, membre du groupe AssessMed Inc.

Plexo Expertise will continue to provide a full suite of industry leading IME services from its two full service offices located in Montreal and Quebec City. The Plexo Expertise name is rich in tradition and has been associated with the unmatched delivery of independent medical assessments within the province for more than 20 years. The company has an incredibly loyal client base that includes many of Quebec’s top corporate employers.
