International Federation of Adjusting Associations Elects New President

The Canadian Independent Adjusters’ Association (CIAA) is proud to announce that Patti M. Kernaghan, FCIP, CRM was officially inducted President of the International Federation of Adjusting Associations (IFAA) at their Annual General Meeting held on July 6, 2015.

A past CIAA National President (2009/10), Patti assumes the role on behalf of CIAA who was one of the founding members of the Federation.

“Patti’s wealth of knowledge of the industry is remarkable and her extensive involvement with numerous industry organizations will bring immeasurable value and perspective to the IFAA’s Board as the Federation continues to expand their membership and fulfill its mission to be the representative voice of Loss Adjusting around the World”, said CIAA Executive Director, Patricia Battle.
