Kent & Essex Brings Inquiry to their Brokers – Brovadas NexExchange Provides Real-Time Solution

Toronto, ON – Kent & Essex Mutual Insurance Company has started its roll-out of Brovada’s real-time inquiry solution allowing brokers to request policy, billing, and claims inquiries for all lines of business.

Using both Brovada’s NexExchange and NexCenter, Kent & Essex will allow their brokers to request real-time snapshots of critical policy, billing and claims information.

“The solution is really simple to use,” says Charles Samolczyk, Vice President of Insurer Sales for Brovada.  “Brokers can quickly request a summary of the policy information in a couple of clicks launching directly from within their BMS.”

Development and internal testing was finished in less than two months thanks, in part, to Brovada’s familiarity with IBS™ (Insurance Business Solution™), the policy administration system shared by Kent & Essex and other farm mutual companies.

NexExchange is Brovada’s carrier-side software solution that provides a web service interface to a carrier’s PAS (policy administration system). NexCenter is a client application that provides connectivity between the broker’s BMS (broker management system) and an insurer’s system/portal.
