Marcel Pitcher Joins DKI Canada as Vice-President of Membership Services

TORONTO, ON, JULY 4, 2024/insPRESS/ – We’re thrilled to announce that Marcel Pitcher has joined DKI Canada as the new Vice-President of Membership Services.

With over 25 years in the industry, Marcel has a proven track record of driving engagement and stakeholder satisfaction. His expertise will be invaluable as we continue to enhance our service offerings and support the growth and success of our DKI Canada Members.

Prior to joining DKI Canada, Marcel most recently served as the AVP of supply chain, loss assessment, and catastrophic response for Aviva Canada. Over the years, Marcel has gained a deep understanding of all stakeholder perspectives, having experience in both the insurer and IA spaces.

As Vice-President of Membership Services, Marcel will be responsible for overseeing the Membership Services team, as well as working with DKI Canada Members to provide support, training, and coaching to ensure consistency and process optimization across the Membership.
