McLarens Canada Acquires Upper Canada Adjusters Inc.

TORONTO, ON; December, 2010 – McLarens Canada, a full-service national claims management firm, announces today the acquisition of Upper Canada Adjusters Inc.

Upper Canada Adjusters Inc. was established in 1995 and has a broad client base ranging from commercial insurers to self-insured corporate clients. Specializing in the high end property and commercial liability market, Upper Canada Adjusters Inc., is now McLarens Upper Canada.

The McLarens Upper Canada team is lead by former Upper Canada Adjusters Inc. Principals, Greg Madill and John Valeriote. Greg and John are joined by an experienced staff of claims management professionals and will both continue to play an integral role in the day-to-day operation of McLarens Upper Canada.

The acquisition of Upper Canada Adjusters Inc. is consistent with McLarens’ aggressive growth strategy, having tripled in size over the past 4 years. “McLarens is focused on continuing to expand our geographical reach across the country,” says Holden. “Over the next two years we will increase our national footprint dramatically, steadily increasing our service centres while providing our valued client base with an exceptional level of quality to which they have become accustomed,” says Holden.
