Nancy Costa Appointed National Account Executive with Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc.

Toronto – Pat Van Bakel, president and chief executive officer, Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc., announced today the appointment of Nancy Costa to the position of national account executive. Reporting to Gary Gardner, senior vice president, Global Client & Business Development, Costa will work in conjunction with Crawford’s sales team to enhance and promote Crawford’s service offerings and strengthen customer relations across all lines of business.

Costa’s insurance career spans nearly two decades, and she has occupied a variety of claims handling positions, along with key management roles in third party administration, compliance, sales and marketing within the commercial insurance market. As an insurance professional, Costa has played a vital role in developing and managing strategic client relationships, designing and implementing customized third party administration programs and anticipating market demands and clients’ needs. Costa’s educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University and the Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.  Costa is also fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian.
