On Side Restoration Ontario Ushers in Personnel Changes in Support of Continuous Performance Improvements

Toronto, ON – Emergency restoration company On Side Restoration Services Ltd. is pleased to announce important Ontario staff adjustments.

Effective immediately Jay Kielt, formerly On Side’s London branch manager, is now On Side Restoration’s regional manager, Ontario. Mr. Kielt will spend 60% of his time in the Markham branch and the remainder alternating between the 4 other branches. Excelling with KPI’s (key performance indicators) under his direction, Kielt has lead the London branch to top scores with our company’s insurance partner requirements. On Side looks forward to Mr. Kielt applying his strong leadership, project management and branch management skillsets in his new role.

Effective this past December, with a background in sales and management, Colin Harwood joined On Side Kitchener office as project manager. Mr. Harwood moved into project management in 2004 and has worked within the insurance restoration sector ever since. The company is pleased to leverage Mr. Harwood’s natural ability to build client relationships as well as his in-depth knowledge of the industry.

Effective March, 2015 Lawrence Lum has joined On Side in a new role as director customer relations, Ontario. Mr. Lum possesses a varied background including business development as well as project and business management. Most recently, Lawrence was a principal with LM Commercial Drying Inc. and prior to this he worked with another restoration contractor. As director customer relations, Mr. Lum is responsible for identifying and helping to grow On Side’s market share in Ontario. Stated On Side’s chief operating officer, Amandio Contreiras “We’re excited about our new staff additions and what these individuals bring to our team to help grow our key Ontario market segment.”
