PAUL DAVIS SYSTEMS CANADA, Ltd. Recruits a Documentation & Communications Specialist

2 October, 2013—Toronto, ON. Paul Davis Systems Canada, Ltd., (PDSC), welcomes Russell Sleaper to our team as Documentation & Communications Specialist.

Russell will develop our document and records management system and assist in the continuous improvement of our corporate communication strategies. He takes on this new role with a mandate to ensure that PDSC’s information remains valuable to internal stakeholders and, most importantly, our clients.

He said, “Business systems, documents and corporate communications ought to facilitate productivity and excellent customer service. But, in a world that’s overloaded with information, maintaining the value of these assets is an increasingly tough challenge. Russell joins PDSC from the consulting world, where his firm helped another Canadian franchise organization control its documentation and communicate more effectively. During his twenty years in the documentation and communications field, he has designed and written just about every type of technical and commercial business document you can think of. He built Documentation and Communications departments for an international software firm, where he eventually became its General Manager.
