As the largest North American Claims gathering, a dozen members of the CRU management team explained new service offerings, educational classes, process options and new solutions to both their US and Canadian carrier partners in attendance. In addition to consulting on Superstorm Sandy claim resolution issues, founders Gary and Kyle Winston, with Sr. VP Mike LaBerge, discussed the company’s newest specialty group for Large Loss Adjusting and Control to be implemented in the coming weeks along with new groups dedicated to property appraisal resolution and task estimating assignments. An evening meeting which outlined the synergy and integration of the company’s recent acquisition, Maltman Group International, was a highlight of the 3 day event. Working with service groups like EagleView, ITEL, and Symbility, CRU solidified its commitments to grow the latest technology and claims processes for the most comprehensive and advanced claims services available. “Everybody expects exemplary customer service and very quick settlement of a loss.
