Originally from Montréal and based in Toronto since 2008, Jasmine is a seasoned bilingual professional with 25 years of experience in the wealth management industry. With over 15 years in Human Resources, she has consistently delivered comprehensive HR solutions to optimize people management and foster organizational development.
Passionate about people and culture, Jasmine is dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their highest potential. Her recent certification in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace highlights her commitment to fostering awareness and creating a more inclusive workplace.
In her previous role as VP, People Experience & Talent at Richardson Wealth, Jasmine was a strategic business partner known for her ability to cultivate deep relationships and align HR strategies with business objectives. Her efforts in elevating the employee experience and building engagement, combined with her dedication to enhancing employee and leadership capabilities, have earned her a reputation as a versatile leader in the HR field.
