ProFormance Group Insurance Solutions is seeking a Theme Designer to assist with the development of our On-line Learning Courses

 

This is a 6 month contract position with the potential of becoming a Full time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with team to develop engaging learning programs
  • Work with the software to develop consistent design themes
  • Produce training materials, including written and video tutorials
  • Conceptualize theme and branding for courses
  • Other duties as required

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

    • Working knowledge of a pre-press environment, including: printing techniques, color theory, color separations, trapping, overprinting, bleeds and die lines
    • Strong competency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, etc.
    • Very strong typography skills
    • Microsoft Office capabilities
    • Flash/HTML expertise
    • An awareness of Web Standards and Accessibility Standards
    • Understanding the importance of User Experience & User Interface with examples of where you have implemented this understanding
    • Digital photography
