Rochon Engineering Welcomes Dave Giles as Senior Project Manager, Environmental Division

Concord, Ontario – Rochon Engineering, a division of SCM Insurance Services, announced today that it has appointed Dave Giles as Senior Project Manager for their Environmental Division. As a leader in the industry with over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, project management, and spill cleanup, Mr. Giles brings extensive environmental expertise to his new position. 

Prior to his appointment with Rochon, Dave Giles provided environmental consulting, investigation, and contracting services to the insurance and risk management industries beginning in 2004, including Phase II and III Environmental Site Assessments for the fuel supply industry. He has also been responsible for the management of several hundred trucking and residential oil spills. He is a graduate of the Fish and Wildlife Program at Sir Sandford Fleming College. This background and experience has provided Mr. Giles with a thorough understanding of the steps necessary to effectively remediate contaminated sites.

In his position as Senior Project Manager for Rochon Environmental, Mr. Giles will leverage his experience to focus on controlling costs, providing clients with detailed and rapid service, and attending to the needs of the insured to facilitate the completion and successful closure of files. “During Dave’s tenure in the industry he has built a strong reputation for exemplary client service and results driven project management,” states Douglas Tremblay, Managing Partner, Rochon Engineering LP.
