SIAdvisers Consulting & Solutions Inc. acquires Toronto based subrogation recovery firm SubroGateway Inc.

SIAdvisers, a national claims services provider, announced today that it has acquired SubroGateway Inc., a Toronto based Claims, Recovery and Subrogation firm.  The staff of SubroGateway will be joining the SIAdvisers team of claims specialists.

This strategic acquisition is the first expansion of recently formed SIAdvisers into the Canadian claims marketplace specializing in Subrogation Solutions, Claims & Litigation Management, Third Party Administration and Dispute Resolution.  The SubroGateway acquisition complements SIAdvisers areas of focus in providing claims management and subrogation solutions to insurance companies, brokers, captives, public municipalities, reciprocals and businesses with large deductibles or self-insured retentions.

Headquartered in Toronto, SubroGateway provides claims recovery and subrogation services, as well as Third Party Administration and claims examination services to a number of insurance companies, brokers and intermediaries. Services are provided across Canada, the USA and internationally, specializing in the marine and inland marine sectors of the industry.
