SPECS Limited Appoints New Director of Operations Greig Boyle

Edmonton, AB – SPECS Limited, the country’s leading provider of independent property damage and construction consulting services is pleased to announce the appointment of Greig Boyle as the new Director of Operations. In his new role, Greig will oversee all aspects of the Appraisal Operations for SPECS Limited nationally. He will ensure that the best report quality, timelines and customer service in the industry are met, allowing SPECS to continue to set itself apart as the industry leaders in the Insurance Appraisal business in Canada.   Greig will report to Andrew Ross, Chief Operating Officer.

Greig joins our team as a seasoned and well respected claims professional, who’s background includes more than 25 years in the Property and Casualty Insurance marketplace, working with both Insurers and Independent Adjusting firms, and bringing with him extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of, technical claims handling, team building, leadership and operations strategy, at both branch and national levels. 

Greig started his career in1989 as a Property Adjuster, eventually advancing into a National Technical Specialist role with a large insurer, where he handled complex losses and was involved in the mentoring and training of others. He then joined a National Independent Adjusting firm as Branch Manager and quickly advanced into more senior roles, including Regional Manager, VP Operations, and Executive VP of Operations.  Most recently Greig was the Senior Vice President of Operations for the largest Independent Adjusting firm in Canada.

I am confident that Greig’s strong technical knowledge and extensive leadership experience will prove as great assets to our team as we move forward.
