SPECS Limited – New Appraiser – Prince George, BC

Edmonton, AB – SPECS Limited, the country’s leading provider of independent property damage and consulting services is pleased to announce that Darren Evans has joined SPECS as an Appraiser. Darren will be opening a new SPECS office in Prince George, British Columbia located at 515, 1488 4th Ave. The new Prince George location will offer our clients better access to the services SPECS offers in Northern British Columbia. Darren will report to Aaron Visser, the British Columbia Regional Manager.

As a Project and Construction Manager, Darren successfully estimated, procured and managed housing projects nationally and internationally including a housing project in Nanjing China. The project in Nanjing proved to be a challenging and rewarding position that provided international experience, requiring detailed planning, strong organizational and communication skills. For the last decade Darren has been a successful owner and operator of his own construction firm. All of Darren’s experience, values, drive and determination will be a valued asset to the SPECS team.
