Edmonton, AB – SPECS Limited, the country’s leading provider of independent property damage and consulting services is pleased to announce the promotion of Don Watt to the position of Branch Manager for the Toronto Branch of SPECS Limited. Don has been with SPECS for approximately 10 years and is well known for his knowledge and professionalism gathered over 30 years in the construction and restoration industries. Kurtis Saunders and Norm Gagnon will be reporting to Don.
